How to Order

If you would like to place an order with Donna Michelle Designs, you can contact us by phone or email. We can have an informal chat and answer any questions you might have. You can then either place your order there and then or you can book a consultation with Donna. This will give you the opportunity to tell us any ideas that you may have and we can have a more detailed discussion.

If, after this consultation, you would like to continue with your order, we will send you a proposal, detailing your design process, and a contract. This needs to be signed and returned to us with a £25 deposit before we can proceed with your order. Once this is received we will send you a swatch of card, ribbons and any other relevant materials that will be used in your design.

You will also receive a pdf file of your design in your chosen colour along with a draft of your chosen wording. This is your opportunity to double check the design and wording very carefully, as this is your only draft and after you return this to us any further alterations will incur a £10.00 charge. You will then receive a final copy to sign off.

All orders and deposits can be paid by credit card, cheque or BACs. Your wedding Invitations will be despatched to you as soon as we have received payment in full.
